Trim your wick to where it naturally breaks off. About 1/4" to ensure the best burn each time.
Make sure the wax melts evenly across it's surface once lit to avoid tunnelling (approximately 2h).
Do not light your candle in a drafty space. Should your vessel acquire soot, simply wipe it clean with a dry paper towel.
You will receive your shipping confirmation email once a label is created for your order.
The tracking status of your shipment may take up to 24 hours to update once the post office has scanned it into their system.

In the event that you are not satisfied with your candle, send us an email to hello@moodycandles.ca. We will accept returns or exchanges on new, and unlit candles only. However, because we are a small business, you are responsible for any costs associated with shipping the item back to us. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Approximately 45h on our 10oz Moody candles. Once the wax has burned down to about 1/2" it's time to replenish your stock. You can repurpose your vessel by putting it in the freezer to freeze the remaining wax. Once frozen simply chip it out. Clean the vessel and enjoy it as a pot for a new plant, a vase for some cut flowers, or your favourite beverage!
